Herd to the zoo

Hmm, Sydney is a busy place. Keeping track of 30 individually minded adolescents as they got on or off ferries and trains through the day is no easy task. Our destination this morning was Taronga Park Zoo. The hills were steep with beautiful gardens and apparently animals in cages. Not sure if they were all on holiday this morning or just having a sleep in. The seal show was amazing but finding other animals was no easy task.
Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum was next in the afternoon with a huge range of celebrities to have photos with. Some kids chose their idols like Sophie and Ebony with Albert Einstein and Eddie Mabo and Mason Cooper with Julia Gillard.
We finished a long day with a meal at Grill'd in Sydney a great night to end a great camp with a great bunch of young adults. They came of of their shells, made new friends and had a great time. We are all really tired and looking forward to a sleep in before breakfast and the bus to the airport.
Thanks to Jonelle who's organisation and support was fantastic. Thanks to the three parents Tim, Angela and Kylie. Without them the camp would not have been possible. I hope they all get a chance to earn their sleep back as they all deserve it.
