Laser Tag Blues

It is so much fun playing laser tag against students. Waiting and tagging them as they run past like headless chooks. Well in the first game that's how it works, in the second game it's a bit different. They realise that there is more to the game than running and shooting. Gangs of youths cornering their victims and chasing them down and stopping them winning the game. It might sound like sour grapes and it might well be. It's not often experience beats youth and exuberance. Let me make it clear we had fun we all had fun the boys learnt a lesson on game one, but had their revenge on game two. Ekayla's killer instinct came out dominating to win two consecutive games. She said she didn't want to brag, but I'm pretty sure she took the score sheet home.
On Ebony's recommendation we stopped for frozen custard. I won't lie it was delicious but the ice-cream headache only added to the rest of our frozen selves. It is minus 1 tonight.
On our return to the dorm Kylie used her previous training as an air conditioning service technician to great use cleaning filters and restoring units to expert function to actually produce warm air. Take note of the three points of contact, her safety equipment and her risk assessment.
